We take pride in every property we look after, and we also take our responsibilities to our landlords, and their tenants, very seriously. We carry out everything you would expect of a property letting agent, plus we provide a 7-day a week on-call service, and we care for your property as if it were our own. We are completely transparent with all the costs associated with managing your property. Over a typical two-year tenancy, you can save over 40% in fees with us.

Our Service

We provide an end-to-end property management service you can trust. We will:

  • Find good tenants and carry out all referencing
  • Hold tenant deposits in an authorised deposit protection scheme
  • Arrange the gas safety certificate
  • Arrange a professional clean, inventory and check-in
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Source quotes and arranging any repair works as and when required
  • Provide a 7-day a week on-call service
  • Send you detailed monthly statements

We can also:

  • Prepare your property for rental – both minor and major refurbishments
  • Organise annual landlord insurance and rent guarantee warranty

Our Fees (as of 25th August 2020)

We charge 12% of your annual rent in the first year, which includes finding you a tenant, then 10% a year if the tenant remains in situ. Not only do these fees compare favourably to a high street estate agent, we also promise never to charge a handling fee when work is carried out on your property. Many estate agents do, which might not be visible to you and can be hidden in the cost of the contractor. We guarantee never to do that. Our fee is our fee. Simple as that.

I had been thinking of becoming a buy-to-let investor for quite some time due to the low interest rates making nothing of my savings and equity continuing to pile up in my own property.
