This may be the installation of a new bathroom, kitchen, or a complete re-fit of the property.
For larger projects such as adding floor space (usually bedrooms and bathrooms), we work with architects and planning officials to get approval of the proposals. We will then oversee the building process through to completion of the project.

I had been thinking of becoming a buy-to-let investor for quite some time due to the low interest rates making nothing of my savings and equity continuing to pile up in my own property.
