Our client is based in Singapore and wanted to buy a luxury two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern apartment in London, with fast transport links to London Heathrow. Initially their plan was to rent out the property with a view to living in it themselves in the future.
The solution…
We acquired a brand new property for £1.7 million, well below the asking price as it was not pre-registered. It comes with underground parking, and a very high specification, with air conditioning, underfloor heating and designer appliances. The property is fully let and managed by MPC until the client moves to the UK in a few years’ time.
